Start a chat with a colleague by clicking on their profile and selecting the chat option.
Alternatively, you can start a new chat via the chat overview.
In groups, you can communicate with all members at the same time.
Group chats can be found in the "Groups" section or in the chat overview.
Click the file icon or attachment icon in the chat.
Select the file you want to share.
The file will be shared in the chat and can be downloaded by the recipients.
You will receive notifications for new messages if you have enabled notifications.
